Personal Assistant

Astec USA, Inc.  is a North American distributor of custom architectural elements in metal and glass for various types of buildings, including civic, commercial, institutional and residential.  We are based in Sag Harbor, NY and work primarily with architects, construction companies and suppliers.  We need a personal assistant for the manager who manages our business.  The candidate would ideally have prior work experience, excellent organizational, communication, research and software skills, as well as good references and a strong work ethic.  An appreciation for or exposure to architecture, construction or interior design is a plus.  The PA position can be part time or full time and can be substantially remote.  Please apply in writing with your resume.
