Key Responsibilities:

Enter customer orders accurately into the system

Coordinate with carriers and schedule pickups

Generate and print shipping labels for the warehouse team

Handle phone calls with customers, carriers, and internal departments

Monitor orders for timely delivery and resolve any issues

Maintain accurate shipping and communication records

Communicate in both English and Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) with internal and external teams
Qualifications:

Bilingual fluency in spoken English and Chinese required (reading and writing are plus)

1–2 years of experience in logistics, order processing, or customer service preferred

Strong communication and organizational skills

Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced setting

Proficient with basic computer tools (Excel, Word)

Familiarity with shipping platforms like FedEx, UPS, or ShipStation is a plus
