We are seeking a skilled and experienced Driveway Services Specialist to join our team in Long Island. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining driveways using a variety of materials, including asphalt, concrete, and pavers. This role requires expertise in grading, drainage solutions, and surface finishing to ensure high-quality, durable driveways that meet client expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare work sites by grading, excavating, and leveling surfaces.
- Install new driveways using asphalt, concrete, interlocking pavers, or gravel.
- Repair and resurface existing driveways, addressing cracks, potholes, and drainage issues.
- Apply sealcoating and other protective treatments to enhance durability.
- Operate and maintain heavy equipment such as pavers, rollers, and compactors.
- Ensure proper drainage solutions to prevent water damage and erosion.
- Work closely with clients to understand their design preferences and functional needs.
- Adhere to safety regulations and company quality standards on all projects.
- Conduct inspections and perform necessary maintenance to extend driveway lifespan.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in driveway installation, paving, or masonry work.
- Knowledge of different driveway materials, techniques, and finishing methods.
- Ability to operate construction tools and machinery safely.
- Strong physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality craftsmanship.
- Good communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites across Long Island.
