argue the law, each and every day, seeking the dismissal of improperly issued
NYC parking ticket fines.
Our clients include NBC TV, McDonalds, Krispy Kreme, Sysco
Foods, Performance Foods, Baldor Foods, and many leading companies in diverse
industries throughout the city, state and country.
Most importantly we want you to (a) HAVE FUN and (b) LEARN
and ARGUE the Law – without having to go to law school. This is because we argue at an
Administrative Trial known as the NYC Parking Violations Bureau Commercial
Adjudication Unit. We apply the law,
including city, state and federal statutes and case law at live hearings, on
the record.
The work includes:
Case File Review
Review for Court each day
Improve Arguments
Pull Needed Client Documents
Work Hours:
We typically work 46 hours per week, Monday – Friday 8:30 AM
– 5:30 PM and Saturdays: 8:00 AM – 2 PM
Compensation:
We pay our team weekly by direct deposit. After one full year, this position is
targeted to earn $50,000 per year or higher, with bonuses and reliable employee
attendance.
