Our Hamptons team seeks an experienced and hard-working Party/Events Coordinator to help create one-of-a-kind celebrations for East End families. As our Party/Events Coordinator, you will be the instrumental in the planning, coordinating, and executing of a wide range of events. Your creativity, attention to detail, and organizational skills will be essential in ensuring each event runs smoothly and leaves a lasting impression.
Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate, along with founder and director, with clients to understand their event vision and requirements

Develop event concepts, themes, and timelines along with our creative team

Coordinate logistics including decor and third party vendors

Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown
