Crew Leader

Responsibilities

• Operations coordinator:  Plan and arrange for material pick-up and drop-off for customers and delivery team 

  • Includes team selection and route planning

• Ensure that all trucks are loaded with the correct materials

  • Ensure the same (quantity and quality) of materials that went out are returned and properly stored in the warehouse

• Direct the delivery and installation of tents & related materials according to customer orders, & written and verbal instructions

• Obtain customer sign off on setup 

• Train staff to ensure procedures and schedule are adhered to for all deliveries

• Maintain warehouse materials, trucks and job sites in a clean and orderly fashion 

• Conduct operations in a manner that promotes safety

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to lead a team

• Prior knowledge of party/tent rental business and equipment preferred

• Demonstrated ability to execute and understand instructions 

• Good time management

• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written

• Spanish language fluency a plus

• Must be able to seasonally work overtime; evenings & weekends as needed for events

• Driver’s License (Required)

  • Ability to drive box trucks preferred

  • Must have an active United States driver’s license

  • A valid CDL is a plus

  • No current license suspension/revocation

  • Safe driving record/MVR

  • Prior Driving experience preferred
