Position:
40 hours, including one night a week from 11:30 A.M. to 8:00 P.M. and one Saturday a month from 9:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M.
Qualifications:
At least 2 years collection industry experience preferred.
Knowledge of Co-Insurance, No-Fault, Deductible, Workers Comp.
Must be congenial, assertive and possess a winning attitude!
Detail-oriented
Good Customer Service skills
Work independently/self-motivated
Able to investigate/problem solve
Team player with positive attitude
Bi-lingual a plus, (but not required)
